Terms of service.

The ground rules for using our guides, sharing our work and contacting the publication.

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of showzacheerdck.lifestyle, published by Showzacheerdck Research Ltd, company number 16874293, at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the publisher. Please read these terms before using the site. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

The website provides freely accessible editorial information. It does not create a consultancy, agency, fiduciary or supplier relationship. Any separately agreed professional services would require their own written contract. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled; it is not a request to waive your statutory privacy rights.

2. Responsible use

You may read, link to and use the publication for lawful personal or internal business research. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, impersonate another person or use our contact details for unsolicited bulk messages. Do not submit confidential material belonging to someone else without authority.

Automated access must not impose unreasonable load or circumvent technical restrictions. You are responsible for the security of your own devices and for checking that any action you take after reading a guide complies with your organisation’s policies and applicable law. We do not operate the external products discussed in our articles.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, original site text, layouts, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to the publisher and protected by intellectual-property law. You may make reasonable internal research copies and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link, subject to applicable copyright exceptions. This permission does not authorise republication of complete articles, commercial resale or use of our branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References identify products for discussion and do not imply affiliation. Contact us for broader reuse permission. If you believe material infringes your rights, provide the relevant page, identification of the protected work and sufficient contact information for us to investigate.

4. Editorial accuracy and external links

We aim to provide useful explanations, but model capabilities, availability, prices and contract terms change. Content is general information, not legal, financial, security or procurement advice. Illustrative calculations are not quotations or promises of performance. Verify material facts with official documentation and qualified advisers before making a consequential decision.

External links are provided for reference. We do not control those websites, their security or their commercial practices. A link does not guarantee a product’s suitability. You should assess third-party terms and privacy notices independently. Please report factual errors through our contact page, including the article and the specific passage.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

We provide the website on an “as available” basis and do not promise uninterrupted access or freedom from every error. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including business interruption, lost profits or lost opportunities. Business users remain responsible for their implementation and purchasing decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any exclusion or limitation applies only to the extent it is lawful and enforceable in your circumstances.

6. Suspension, termination and changes

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, comply with law or respond to a material breach of these terms. We may also amend or discontinue content. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain a restriction and consider a good-faith request for review. You may stop using the site at any time.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability and disputes continue where their nature requires. Revised terms will carry a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that have already accrued. Continued use after changes should follow your review of the revised terms.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve concerns informally; we aim to acknowledge written disputes within ten business days. If unresolved, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction where applicable law provides it. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is imposed.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms describe the website relationship only and do not override a separate signed agreement.
