Cookie policy.

No advertising pixels. No analytics scripts. One local record to remember the choice you make.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains cookies and similar browser storage on showzacheerdck.lifestyle, operated by Showzacheerdck Research Ltd, company number 16874293. Our registered address is 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For questions about storage or privacy, contact [email protected].

Cookies are small values a website can ask a browser to store and return with later requests. Local storage is a related browser feature that keeps values for a particular website but does not automatically attach them to network requests. We use the familiar term “cookie preferences” for controls covering these technologies, even though this build uses local storage rather than setting HTTP cookies.

2. Storage inventory

The following table describes the storage implemented by this website. “Not installed” means that no script or stored identifier in that category is currently deployed. Selecting an optional category does not install a tool, send information to an analytics provider or enable advertising.

Category / nameProvider and purposeDuration / status
Essential
showzacheerdck_consent_v1
First-party local storage; remembers category choices, notice version and timestamp.Recognised for 180 days; expired records removed on the next visit.
Analytics
None
No analytics processor, traffic-measurement cookie or visitor identifier is installed. Not installed; nothing to expire.
Functional
None
No optional preference service, media embed or third-party map storage is installed. Not installed; nothing to expire.

The essential record contains no name, email address, form message or advertising identifier. Local storage has no automatic expiry mechanism, so a record may physically remain in your browser until you revisit the site or remove it yourself. Our script checks its age before using it and requests a new choice after the recognition period.

3. Accepting, rejecting and changing choices

“Accept All” records both optional categories as selected. “Reject Non-Essential” records them as unselected. “Preferences” lets you choose each category separately and save the result. Essential storage remains active only to remember these settings. You can continue reading without accepting optional categories, and rejection does not reduce access to the guides.

Use “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page to reopen the controls. A new selection replaces the previous local record. If your browser blocks local storage, the site still works, but it cannot remember the choice across navigation and will explain that limitation. We do not interpret continued browsing as consent.

If new optional tools are introduced, their purposes, providers and durations must be disclosed and the notice version updated. The existing empty-category selection is not blanket permission for undisclosed tracking. No optional code is loaded by the current preference controls.

4. Browser opt-out and removal

You can remove this website’s stored data directly in your browser. In Chrome, open Settings, then Privacy and security, and locate site data or site settings. Search for showzacheerdck.lifestyle and delete its stored data. In Edge, use Settings, then Cookies and site permissions, and the controls for viewing and removing site data. Menu wording may vary between versions.

In Firefox, open Settings, Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data and Manage Data. Find the domain and remove it. In Safari on macOS, open Settings, Privacy, then Manage Website Data. On iPhone or iPad, open the device’s Safari settings and locate Advanced and Website Data. Deleting all browsing data may also sign you out of unrelated websites.

Private-browsing sessions generally discard site storage when the session ends, although behaviour varies. Blocking all cookies and storage may affect other sites even though our articles remain readable. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not need to disable any sale or cross-site advertising here because neither activity is implemented.

5. External sites and policy changes

Product documentation and other external links open independent websites only when you follow them. Those providers may use their own cookies, which this publication cannot control. Our contact map is a static SVG illustration, not a tracking-enabled map embed. Form fields are not saved in local storage by our script.

We review this notice when the site’s technology changes. For broader information about correspondence, retention and your legal rights, read our privacy policy. The effective date at the top identifies the current notice.
